The location was good, but the hotel felt neglected; the room wall had cracks, stains, and a hanging picture, and the bathroom was awful with mold everywhere and no towel hooks.

I came from Cuenca and the place offers a solid location, facilities, breakfast, and service that make me want to return; the staff’s friendly attitude made the stay lovely, and the authentic Zamorano breakfast was a highlight—I’d definitely come back.
