Food quality could be better; there were many breakfast options, but the filter coffee wasn’t hot or good, the masala dosa was subpar, and overall the service was excellent. Valet service on checkout day was poorly managed; my key wasn’t handed to the driver until I checked on its status after a 15‑minute wait.

The redesign is simple and basic with only a few color changes, and overall it feels comfortable. The restaurant Pi is phenomenal, but everything is starting to look a bit outdated.

The location is fine, but mosquitoes in the room were a problem. Room service communication was poor, and I asked for the bill several times but never received a copy at checkout or afterward.

Maintenance is very bad: the bed frames are torn, the curtains are dusty, and the rooms look old because of poor upkeep, so it doesn’t even qualify as a 3‑star property.
