I loved the location and the room, but the restaurant was annoying because it opened late.

“Decepcionante”

The parking was fine, but I was given an adapted room I didn't need and had to ask for a change; the receptionist explained that those rooms are only assigned when the hotel is full, and the issue was resolved by swapping rooms. I also booked dinner, and the dining experience was awful: the waiter and chef were shouting at each other, the background music was Camela blasting, and the menu offered very little choice with poor quality food. The four‑star hotel disappointed me enough to subtract two stars. The receptionist couldn't suggest any local attractions to visit in the town.

The room and terrace were great, but the café bar's opening hours were inconvenient.

“Un desengaño y pérdida de dinero”

There was practically nothing. It is 2 km from the town, and you have to take a car for anything… The bathroom was dirty on arrival with rubbish in the toilet, the ceiling lights were blown out, visibility was poor, there was no light for shaving or brushing properly. The hotel was empty, no other guests. The café hours were ridiculous: only from 20 h to 22 h in the afternoon. Breakfast was very scant and the juice machines were broken! We asked for a refund for the last day because we didn’t finish the stay, but it was denied, despite insisting on the booking rules that state otherwise. We asked to speak with the manager and were denied.

The staff were friendly and the facilities are well maintained. Now they manage the café and restaurant themselves, which is great. Previously it was subcontracted and the service was bad. That will take time to inform previous guests. Dining on the terrace is amazing.
