The room turned out to be more spacious than I had imagined, and its spot at the bus terminal made it easy to reach all the shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and spa.

The staff were friendly and helpful, quick to assist when we switched rooms because the smoking floor wasn’t an option, yet parking remained hard to find.

They offered free internet, there were plenty of breakfast spots nearby, a supermarket for milk was right behind the hotel, and I’d stayed there before while visiting Mukah with friends; the beds were comfortable, a writing desk was a nice touch for last‑minute work, key‑card access worked as advertised, and everything matched the Facilities list.
