I was given a room for people with disabilities even though I had booked a different one.

The room was nice, well taken care of, and clean. The staff caused problems with the invoice, refusing to correct it; moreover, having access to my card, they charged me twice for the stay, and if I hadn't noticed the double charge on my account and written to the hotel, they wouldn't have refunded me. After that correction, they kept charging and refunding the same stay multiple times, and I don't understand why or where that came from; the behavior was very unprofessional for a hotel of this type.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to a station that connects to trains everywhere. The room was modern and clean, and the service was very friendly.

“Horrible staff not helpful and llazy asking guest to come down”

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was helpful, but the staff were rude and kept asking me to come down; there was zero customer service, something I've never seen at any Marriot hotel, and the staff were horrible—no sauna either.
