The staff were friendly.

The location was great and the staff, especially Vilma, were very helpful, but I had to be moved to a different room because the AC stopped working during a rainstorm.

Everything was spotless, the staff were kind, and the area felt exclusive, but the hotel needs a small shop inside for guests who don’t have time to shop elsewhere, and the pool area could use more music; the restaurant area should offer tourist travel packages.
