“5/10 Budget hotel with nice rooms, let down by the attached cafe.”
The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, we had trouble getting in because the door was stubborn and required a shoulder push each time, which was hard for me due to a shoulder issue. The door never closed properly, so we had to push it hard to shut it. The TV never worked, and the bed was too high for my short height, so I had to climb onto it with help. The window wouldn't open, and although they claimed there was air‑con, it never functioned. Breakfast at the attached café was terrible; we waited over 30 minutes for food and drinks while others were served first, and when it finally arrived, it was so cold it couldn't be eaten. We then waited another 10 minutes for two teas, and one was tepid.
