“素敵な景色と綺麗な客室”

The mountain view from the front was beautiful, and the hotel looked lovely. We stayed in a fourth‑floor attic room, but the elevator made it very comfortable. The front desk lady was very friendly, which helped us shake off the fatigue from arriving. Breakfast was a standard buffet; boiled eggs were available but there was no omelette. Most croissants were sweet, and we couldn’t find a plain one. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. Unfortunately, our room had a pillar in the toilet area of the bathroom, which made sitting difficult. We had to walk a bit to reach the city center.

The location was great, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was a bit small for the bed size, which almost blocked the way to the balcony, and we kept bumping our feet on the bed legs several times.

“Estancia correcta”

The location, bed comfort, free parking, and quietness were all positives. The room felt a little old and in need of renovation.

The morning receptionist named Nádia was super friendly and solved everything quickly. The night receptionist, however, always seemed to want to make things difficult and was not at all helpful. The service from him was terrible, but we were lucky to have Nádia’s help to offset the lack of professionalism from the night front desk staff.

We enjoyed staying here. The property is very close to downtown Cortana and has a great pedestrian walk that will take you there
