“Fijn hotel”

The hotel room was very clean, with a fairly new bathroom. The staff were very friendly! Breakfast had good choices. The location is a bit out of the centre. We rented bikes but couldn’t store them at the hotel. On the street opposite, you could put them in a rack.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and had a great sense of humour. The room was modern, pretty, and ultra‑clean. The food was very good. Overall, highly recommended. Although it’s true that the bus and train to the centre are very close, the 7 km trip takes a little longer because of the number of stops, traffic lights, and traffic. Travel time to the centre (Puerta de Jerez) is 25–35 minutes depending on traffic, which is more than acceptable. Arrive a bit earlier, and that’s it.

The hotel was clean, the room spacious, and the staff were pleasant and available.

The staff were friendly, but the person who attended us deceived us by changing us from a twin‑bed room to a single‑bed room, which was a small bed. We were given a room with a very small single bed, close to the elevator and very noisy. We couldn’t rest. Additionally, it smelled like tobacco when we entered.
