Everyone on the team was super kind and the whole place felt spotless, which I appreciated. Some of the fixtures look a bit worn and could use a repair, probably just because the building is a bit older.

The front‑desk crew were outstanding and the breakfast was genuinely tasty, which were the highlights of my stay. When I tried to shift my dates after a car breakdown, the app support never replied, leaving me worried I’d lose the reservation, and later I was billed the higher original rate despite picking a cheaper date—something I only noticed after paying.
