The experience was truly exceptional; the whole team made our stay incredibly special, and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, valued, and treated like royalty. A heartfelt thank you to Hatem Eladel, Abdullah, Haila, and Matt from the Front Office for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. We also want to thank Madden, Grace, and the entire restaurant team for their outstanding service and for turning every meal into a pleasure. To all the other staff members whose names I might have forgotten, thank you as well. Every interaction was filled with kindness, smiles, and a willingness to go the extra mile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is at the core of everything you do. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories and making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh.

The hotel was very elegant, all facilities beautiful, the lobby comfortable for visitors and they greet you with Arabic coffee. I had no complaints except a minor incident that was handled by the staff member Shahd.
