The place is close to the nearest station and the bustling district is right next door; the front‑desk staff were excellent and gave clear instructions. The laundry room is on the roof, so it got soaked when it rained.

The location and the room layout are good. The shower is tiny and dirty, the staff were unpleasant when I brought up the issue, the bed is small and there's no personal air‑conditioning unit.
