I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Rajpur Heights, where comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality blended perfectly; the rooms were spacious, well‑maintained, and very relaxing. Mr. Rakesh Singh, the Manager, stood out with his professionalism and courteous nature, ensuring every guest felt welcomed and personally attending to their comfort; his attention to detail and prompt support made our stay smooth and memorable.

“Please maintain the rooms … as in today’s time no one would like to stay in the rooms which is not up to the mark.”

The location was excellent, but the interior fell short; we upgraded to the top floor, which was still okay, but the initial room assigned to me was pathetic, so I recommend asking for top‑floor rooms and avoiding the basement. I paid for three nights and an extra upgrade for one night, yet stayed only one night; the view and location were disappointing.
