The evening reception staff talked loudly with the booking team while their wife and child were present, and they lacked polite expressions like “God bless you” or “May God reward you”; such greetings should come from the heart, not just business. Also, unlike other hotels that allow check‑out at 2 pm or sometimes 3 pm, this place requires a 50 SAR deposit as a guarantee and forces you to leave by 1 pm. The other hotels charge higher rates but don’t ask for a deposit and offer the same level of service. I wish everyone good luck.
