The staff were amazing, but everything else was just okay.

The staff were amazing, especially the front desk and bartenders. Marie and Veronica—her name started with a V—were so fun and made our short stay exceptional. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable rooms made us really enjoy it.

I was impressed by the room layout and its size, the dark curtains, and the bathroom mirror. However, the bed was extremely hard; at 71 years old it caused hip pain because the mattress offered no give at all. The couch and toilet were too low for a senior, and I couldn’t open the balcony door more than an inch, forcing my son to push hard to close it.
