Modern, cozy, with a lovely design and a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was beautiful. Some staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. The hotel relies heavily on QR codes and the website for information, pointing guests there when they have questions. The breakfast flow could also be better organized.
