“Pros outweigh the cons”
I liked the room, especially the bathroom, and the decor was nice. The tea, coffee, and simple continental breakfast were appreciated, and I even got an upgrade to a double room. However, they couldn’t accept my international card even though it was on file for cancellation, so I had to withdraw cash and they still had no change. The Wi‑Fi also stopped working during my stay.

The location is the best part—within walking distance to Indiranagar Metrostation and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a single night with a hot shower works fine. The building feels old, the rooms aren’t well maintained or cleaned, there’s a mouldy smell, and the bathrooms are a bit pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and the photos on the website don’t match what you see.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some significant shortcomings. The housekeeping was lacking, and the property was missing some basic amenities.
The staff were friendly, the location convenient, and the facilities solid. The only downside was the breakfast.

Everyone on the staff was very nice, the Wi‑Fi was good, the food was tasty, and the place was quiet with plenty of cable channels. Every room had a private shower and the AC was excellent. It’s an old building but well kept. The location is a highlight, with many good restaurants, clothing stores, gift shops, and gelato right in front of the hotel, plus plenty of supermarkets and ATMs. I’d like more English channels, a refrigerator in each room, and more closet space for folded clothes.
