The location is great, but breakfast was supposed to be included in the price and we didn’t receive it.

I liked how close it was to my work and the airport, but there were several issues: housekeeping was only available on 2 out of 4 nights, water bottles weren’t stocked in the rooms, the front desk wasn’t staffed all the time, the bar/restaurant didn’t open consistently, there was no airport shuttle even though it was advertised, and the elevator was unreliable.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel’s location is not ideal.
