Not happy with the hotel; will never book again. The shower switches from cold to hot on its own, the bedroom was clean but the towels were dirty.

The staff were available and friendly. The location is 5 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from Deira Mall, all on foot.

Near the metro station, roomy rooms, great AC, a varied and rich breakfast, and the Lebanese restaurant staff member John was cooperative and attentive. The elevators were slow, so the wait time was noticeable.

The parking location and staff were positive. The furniture was old and the sound insulation was weak.
