“A great stay!”
The stunning location and building, the rooms, the restaurant, and the pub are all lovely. The food is fantastic, with large portions that offer excellent value for money. It might be a bit overpriced compared to similar places, but the whole venue and especially the staff made it well worth it.
“Fantastic feeling and friendly atmosphere,will be booking agaib to stay soon”
The staff were friendly and helpful, the area was very pleasant, and it’s a great place to relax. Nothing was off; it lived up to expectations.
“Perfect for what we needed at the time”
Overall, the stay and staff were great; both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Traffic on the M6 ate into the time we could spend here on our arrival night, but the hotel couldn’t do anything about it and their communication as we approached was excellent.

The room was a good size, well equipped, clean, and tidy. Dinner was good, and the breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel/pub. Nothing else.
“I don’t recommend this place”
Poor breakfast and diners. There were issues with the cooks and this has heavily impacted us. We’ve booked 5 nights including breakfast and the hotel has not been able to provide decent breakfast at least 3 mornings in a row. Without mentioning that the coffee machine worked and we have been told that it was broken. We did like that our issue has not been sorted and the hotel was supposed to come back to us and so far nothing has been delayed with
