The bed was comfortable, but the room had a really disgusting, very bad smell.

I had eggs on toast—wishing the eggs were warmer! Coffee wasn’t offered, but water was unlimited, and there were plenty of ramen for the young crowd, though I, being a mature guest, skipped it.

Mokpo turned out to be a pleasantly surprising little town, and the hotel itself was fine but very basic. The photos made the place look a bit more appealing than it actually was; it was functional but quite impersonal.
