The breakfast was spectacular! I would have preferred a suite for more privacy; I stayed in a room in the large house.

“Birds' paradise! And if you get lucky, monkeys' too!”

The observation deck was a total winner. We came here to walk in nature and perhaps see some birds. But here we got to see heaps of humming-birds, toucans, birds of prey and many more! Easy to spot, easy to photograph. Also, our room was everything and more than we were hoping from the pictures

“Vogel paradijs”

A bird paradise. The staff were super friendly and eager to help with anything, even calling out when special birds appeared or offering local tips. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend! Nothing to add.

Prachtige plek, buiten het dorp; zelfs op het terrein moest je paar minuten door bos lopen over steil pad (wat in donker nog best uitdaging was als je geen zaklamp had). Maar daardoor waande je je helemaal alleen in de natuur, met ontzetten veel vogels. Zelfs een feeder voor hummingbirds. En op de achtergrond vlogen toekans en papegaaien voorbij. Echt een parel. Esther was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Jacuzzi werkte niet helemaal zoals zou moeten

“Fantastisch verblijf met natuurgids Ester”

You’re really in nature and wildlife; hummingbirds and other birds such as toucans can be spotted from the terrace or the room window. We also did a bird‑watching tour with the host, Ester – highly recommended! The linen and pillow fabric were a bit unpleasant, but that’s a minor annoyance; the bed itself was really good.
