The overall experience was made especially special by the exceptional staff who offered advice and help throughout; nothing was ever too much for them, and they went above and beyond to assist, letting me feel confident, safe, and part of the ‘family’ as a solo traveller.

The service is good, staff are consistently friendly, the place is beautiful and lovely. The sculptures are great.

“Nice and modern hotel with a unique icehotel.”

The hotel sits in a gorgeous spot. It offers all the usual comforts plus a tasty breakfast. The icehotel itself is stunningly crafted. The sleeping bags were incredibly cozy and warm! Unfortunately, the icehotel has taken a hit from the warm days and heavy rains over the past two weeks (yet we still managed to visit and sleep there).
