The location is great, close to the beach. The place is spotless and the staff are friendly.

The place is very clean and cozy, and it’s near Fiumicino airport. In the room there were coffee capsules, tea bags, juice, water, biscuits and buns. The staff were responsive and welcoming, and the owner arranged a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. If you have luggage and find the bus inconvenient, budget about 60‑70 euros for a transfer to/from the guesthouse. There is no kettle in the room or on the shared kitchen, so you heat water for tea in the microwave.

The décor is nice. We had a great time. Someone came in about 5 minutes and helped us, and he also booked a taxi for us. The location isn’t ideal, but it’s easy to get to Rome the next day and it’s a decent price for a short stay not far from the airport.
