“こんなものかな。”

The front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and very helpful. However, the ongoing construction caused severe noise after 8 am, the breakfast restaurant blared loud music that was unpleasant and seemed to suit only the staff’s taste, the restaurant crew never greeted us or came to our tables, giving the impression they were more like trainee part‑timers than professionals, and the basic service principles of accuracy, speed and courteousness were clearly missing, which was very disappointing.

The staff are the biggest asset at Casa; I forgot his name but he went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of and even brought breakfast to our room—he’s a credit to the hotel. Everything else was perfect; I couldn’t find any faults. Even though there’s a lot of construction going on, it didn’t bother us at all.

My stay had its ups and downs. The food was great, and some of the staff were super helpful in finding information about the ferry and getting to the pier. However, we had a tough time getting into our booked room, and the next morning, the reception and restaurant staff were unhelpful when we needed assistance.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel, especially the restaurant which was lovely, and the staff were very friendly. However, I was disturbed by construction work right outside my room door at 6:15 a.m., and I was a bit disappointed to find there's no beach access nearby.

“Very satisfactory & recommendable”

I was pleased with the breakfast service, which met my requests. On the downside, I think it would be great if the hotel could add some sports facilities in the future, like a volleyball court or a billiard table, to enhance the guest experience.
