Great spot for reaching the Marinello lakes, comfortable room, on‑site restaurant, and convenient street parking.

The room was very spacious, nicely furnished, quiet and clean, though the bathroom was a bit less so. The air‑conditioning was inconvenient: it only worked when the key card was inserted, so it would turn off after leaving the room (not a waste, but coming back after 2 hours with 40° inside was unpleasant). Opening the bathroom window turned it off, and there was no fan in the bathroom. The fan coil could be adjusted via remote, but even at the maximum 17° it took over an hour to cool the room. The bathroom needed better cleaning—there were other people's hair on the floor, a shower head full of limescale, and tiles with splashes.

The property is right in the center of Oliveri and a five‑minute walk from the beach. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The lady who served breakfast each morning was always very kind and attentive to our requests.

Nice room, good location, and free parking. The return to the room without a freshened air‑conditioner was frustrating because we couldn’t use the only card provided to operate it.
