The hotel boasts a large, beautiful, and exceptionally well‑maintained property. However, the room cleaning was severely subpar: the floor was consistently dirty, washed with filthy rags and unchanged water, while all other areas were cleaned just as poorly.

The hotel was great—beautiful surroundings, pleasant atmosphere, and very kind and helpful staff. A big plus was the lovely beach in the Blue Lagoon cove, with a bus that runs directly from the hotel. I would have liked more frequent bus service to the beach. A downside was having to pay for food and drinks on the beach. For guests, besides a 10 % discount, a larger discount could be offered. Overall we were very satisfied and definitely recommend the hotel.

Room, green surroundings, excellent food, and friendly staff. The property was small and too crowded. The music by the pool was too loud. Information provision was lacking.

The housekeeping never changed the bed linens during my 9‑night stay.

The food was very good, but the beach was far—you have to take a bus to get there.
