The staff were welcoming and accommodating at all times, and the location offered a beautiful view, but the bathrooms and room service could have been better maintained.

They have an Arabic-speaking staff member named Turan who recommended a quiet room near Gabala with great value and excellent services; everything else was fine.

It offered the best value for money, though the location is a bit far from Gabala and not the Gabala you might be looking for.
