The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. The breakfasts are good and plentiful. The room is very comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The sound insulation between rooms isn’t very good.

I met a staff member named Atenas who was incredible, keeping us well taken care of and friendly. The hotel’s facilities are very comfortable, the mattresses are delicious, and the location is good.

Location and cleanliness are good. There are no hooks to hang towels and clothes, and the power outlets don’t work properly.

The rooms matched the pictures, were clean and comfortable, and the spot was amazing—just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza de Armas and the street vendors, and the area felt safe. If you’re a very light sleeper, this place isn’t for you because you’ll hear street noise and sometimes other guests heading out for day trips.
