The food quality is good, the staff are cooperative, and the pool‑side night dinner is nice. The pool itself is good. However, the buffet needs more variety and improvement, and the play area is poor because the sports amenities are not up to mark.

Service and location were excellent, and everything was liked.

The spot is decent, the cottages are spacious and cozy, but the restaurant’s vibe could have been better.

Perched on a hilltop, the staff were helpful and we received an upgrade after raising a complaint about the room, but the property is in Dharamshala instead of McLeod Ganj; the facilities are acceptable but not up to a 4‑star standard, and the rooms weren’t as clean as we expected.
