The welcome was excellent, as was the location, with a lovely view of Val di Chiana, maximum tranquility, and very close to beautiful Cortona. The Wi‑Fi is great, the place is clean, and the sleep quality is high. We will gladly return.

First of all, the owners treat guests like family, they are exquisite people. They choose to have only one couple or family at a time to give the right attention, and once you enter the room you see the beautiful embroidered sheets that show the attention to detail. We felt very comfortable.

The accommodation is welcoming with on‑site parking. The private bathroom is outside the room. The owners were very kind and helpful and shared local anecdotes so we could enjoy our stay. Nothing was wrong.

“Si raggiunge in meno di un quarto d’ora sia Cortona che Castel fiorentino”

The villa is well maintained, rooms and bathroom are very clean, and the owners are available and friendly. It is a pity there is no breakfast and no loungers or sunbeds to relax in the beautiful garden. In my opinion the price is a bit high since it offers nothing beyond the rooms for sleeping.
