Nothing stood out, yet the constant banging on doors and odd noises all night made it a bit scary.

The only redeeming factor was the location and the hot water; the instant you step in the stench is awful. It feels like a halfway house or shelter, so you encounter all kinds of people and a lot of noise. A neighbor was arguing with someone and I nearly had to call the police. The place reeks of cigars even though it’s supposed to be non‑smoking, people cook at all hours, and our sheets had blood stains.
