The organisation of the church tour was good, but the weather was bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lockable shed with charging for the e‑bike was very useful.

I used the accommodation for one night during my Rennsteig trip and, due to my mistake, paid too much. That’s fine. I want to rate my impressions: in all my stays I was greeted with a friendly hello, but here after a tiring hike the staff were rather grumpy and asked “who are you and what do you want?” which left a bad first impression. At check‑out and breakfast it was better. The location and rooms were very clean, the bathroom was simple, and the owner had posted pictures. The toilet and flush didn’t work during my stay, so I had to clean the toilet with the shower myself; the owner thanked me for the tip and wanted to investigate. The breakfast was simpler compared to my other six similar‑standard stays.
