I recently stayed at this B&B and I have to say I was extremely satisfied: the bedroom was large, very clean, and had a mosquito net, and the same goes for the bathroom. The double bed was super comfortable and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly. The B&B manager is an incredibly kind and caring person. I’ll definitely come back.

The host greeted me with warmth and hospitality, and the room itself was cozy, featuring a small balcony and immaculate cleanliness. The bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and offered hot water throughout the day. Inside the room, a coffee machine with capsules and tea were available, and the breakfast served was a simple Italian style spread. A shared refrigerator was provided for convenience. Though the apartment sits outside the city center, a bus stop is just a few meters down the road, making other locations easily reachable; free parking is available if you drive.
The location is great for exploring Umbria, but the breakfast offered is quite minimal.

The owner was incredibly kind, going beyond my expectations with his availability and courtesy. The only downside was the lack of a TV in the accommodation.
