Everything was poor and dirty; the hotel is in bad condition with unclean rooms and floors, garbage everywhere, cockroaches in rooms, dirty beds, smelly pillows, no heating in the harsh winter, no restaurant, no allowance for outside food, no towels or soap provided, and the hotel shown on the booking site was completely different—never visit this place.
