The family was very warm and welcoming; they made me feel at home, were always kind and helpful, communication was easy, and they truly cared about their guests. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Sapa.

The place was fine—roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The location was some distance from the center, all uphill; nothing that couldn't be fixed with a taxi, but the climb up with our luggage was a bit painful. Also, the kitchen was not equipped for any kind of cooking, and we even had to buy a coffee filter.
