Hotel O A Star Lodge

Everything was disappointing.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. When I arrived, I was told that the room I had reserved was not available, and the hotel staff left me without a solution. I was unable to find another hotel in the area, so I ended up sleeping in a small, cramped room that was infested with rats. It was a truly humiliating experience.

“They does not provide the room and not fulfilled the booking”

I recently had a frustrating experience with my booking. After driving for hours, I arrived at the property only to find out that there was no room available. The nearby festival made it difficult to find another accommodation, and I had to travel a long way again, incurring extra expenses. I'm still waiting for a reasonable compensation from the property, and I hope they will take steps to regain my trust by cancelling their contract with the booking platform.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bad experience from start to finish. The hotel failed to meet my expectations in every way, and I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.

We never received a room; the staff denied us because it had already been assigned elsewhere.
