The room was very spacious and clean; I had wanted to stay in a Japanese‑style hotel, so I was happy it came true and I had a great time. The washbasin was roomy and easy to use, and the hotel staff were very kind. No negatives.

The location is great; if you want to stay right in Shibuya, the price‑to‑performance ratio is good, but it is in a neighborhood of hourly hotels and it is one of them, which gives me mixed feelings. The room has no windows and we smelled a cigarette for a moment (maybe an electronic one, I don’t know).

The place was unhygienic, extremely noisy, very small, had plastic sheets on the mattress, mould in the bathroom, and a weird smell; I was charged a premium price for a budget hotel and I am seeking a partial refund.
