The front desk lady was always super nice. The cleaning staff rushed me out of the room at 10 am, even though checkout is at 11, and got upset that my cousin came to help me take my stuff out because he brought his dog with him (neither the dog nor my cousin stayed in the room); they only came to pick me up.

The only thing was the location. The room was filthy, so they changed it for me, but the bathroom was sprayed with crap. I went to the front desk and they told me to leave and that they'd refund me. The woman who attended me was eating and had hands full of food.
