Nothing, very dirty and no hot water. Everything is dirty and the kids living there make a lot of mess.

“buena experiencia”

The place doesn’t include meals—breakfast, lunch, or dinner—so it’s best to use Uber from the apartment, which sits a bit away from a main street but in a quiet neighborhood. The room is comfortable, with air‑conditioning and a private bathroom. Everything else, like the kitchen, dining area, and living room, is shared. The downside is that the location is on a very dark street, so it’s not safe to walk out late for a supermarket or a restaurant.

“Bavaro shared apartment”

The spot is gorgeous, and Marianna is such a lovely host—friendly and quiet. It’s not far from the beach, where the food is excellent, about a 15‑20 minute walk. It’s best if you have a car or can ride to shop and stuff, but overall I really enjoyed staying here ❤️.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind, and she warned that the AC uses a lot of power, but the ceiling fan is a bit scary because it moves too strongly, making you feel unsafe. The beach is only 5 minutes on foot. We had the left room in the apartment; if you can choose, take the right one—it’s the larger. The shower had a drip of hot water, the large window didn’t close properly (both sides had broken latches), a rooster crowed at 05:00 am, and there was a huge puddle (like a pond) around 09:00‑10:00 that disappeared by the afternoon—photo taken at 13:00—mixing water with cemented dirt at the street exit, hard to get out, and the pool (playground) was full of dead insects.

La cercanía a la playa y el espacio de la cocina y living. La poca limpieza de la cocina, debería ser higienizar profundamente el área de la cocina. En las esquina de ambas calles que dan a la espinal 3 no hay luz
