The bed was super comfy and the fan kept the room cool. It’s right near the city centre and there's a TV in the room, which is handy. The kitchen was a bit underwhelming and the shower was covered in limescale – would have been great with those jets.

The staff were warm and friendly, and everything we needed was provided – even more than we expected. The welcome was lovely.
