Spacious, clean, and new. Alyona was very welcoming and kind, even though we didn’t share a language. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and swimming in the beautiful pool. The room’s AC and washing machine were much appreciated. A few minor issues: the shower temperature was hard to control, you have to contact the owner each time to get into the gate, and passing through their home to reach the pool felt a bit awkward. A mirror in the room would have been nice.

“Perfectible”

The welcome was excellent even with the language barrier (thanks to translation apps). Cleanliness was impeccable and the common areas were spacious. The welcome fruit plate was a charming touch. However, there was no sign indicating the accommodation; we had GPS coordinates but still had to wander before asking someone. The shared bathroom smelled stale, perhaps due to poor ventilation, and the mattress was subpar.

“Exceptional !”

The hotel felt quite luxurious and offered everything we needed for a decent price. The owner was very nice and helpful!
