I cancelled the booking and left immediately; the street was dirty, we couldn’t even bring our family, it ruined the whole day and trip, please refund my money as soon as possible, I don’t know what’s happening, they’re just looting our money with different photos, there’s no proper car access to the hotel, NO REFUND, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Booking ID CAQODU dated 25th July for Varanasi.
The location is great, the breakfast was tasty and if you enjoy walking you can reach the Ghats in a few minutes; I’d like to thank Mr. Sushil Singh and his staff for making my stay pleasant and for helping me with all the requests I made. Dhanyavaad 🙏🏻
“Booking.com is a fraud”
We never got the hotel we booked; the company is a fraud, taking a booking for one hotel and giving us a local one instead.
