“A fuir !!!”
I didn’t like anything at all. The pictures of the room bore no resemblance to reality – there was a hole in the wall, the cleanliness was terrible, mold in the bathroom, the entrance door had to be slammed to close, the sliding door to the outside was broken, cockroaches roamed around, the windows were awful, the air‑conditioning barely worked for more than two hours and the room stayed sweltering at 37 °C, so we left before the reservation ended. The staff were practically nonexistent; a covered terrace at the entrance was occupied by an old sofa and a teenager who stared at his phone all day. For the price this is completely unacceptable.
The river view was beautiful, but the crumbling walkway leading to our room was hazardous and rotted in several spots. The room door wouldn’t fully open because it stuck on the floor, and inside the fridge was mouldy and foul‑smelling, making it unusable. Ant trails ran across the room and even ended up in our luggage and bed. The bathroom door was so broken that water constantly flooded our bedroom after we showered. The balcony was warped, making it hard to open and close. One of the two staff members was very friendly, while the young man was not. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, and the rooftop terrace was so dirty and rundown that we couldn’t use it.
The location is good, the view is nice, and the maid was friendly. Kids aren't charged extra. It should be cleaner, the body wash and shampoo are poor, and the reception is lacking—only a little boy handles it. When we left, nobody said thank you, and at check‑in he just opened the room and said nothing. The service is very poor.
The place is spot on and the stay was really pleasant.
