“Não voltarei.”

The price was okay, the staff were polite, and the location was good. I asked for more face towels because there were three people in the room, but they said the hotel does not provide them. It’s funny that when you pay you’re forced to split the personal hygiene item. Another issue was that I ordered a feijoada dish and received only a leftover of mushy meat. I also requested three single beds, but when I checked, there was a double bed and a sofa bed, even though the hotel emailed me confirming three single beds were available.

The bed was very comfortable, the room cozy, and the view amazing. I loved the food, it was delicious, and the breakfast was versatile and great! The pools and waterfalls were beautiful and refreshing. The staff were attentive, respectful, and very polite. I loved every detail, the facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. I didn’t want to leave at checkout, haha, but jokes aside, I’ll come back more often. 😍

“muito bom”

The hotel had a couple of good points, but also a couple of drawbacks. The room was comfortable and the location convenient. However, the service was inconsistent and the amenities were lacking. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The restaurant and hot tub were highlights, and the spacious room felt very pleasant. But the response to my small issue was slow, and the bathroom had a lingering smell with a clogged toilet. That hiccup was the only downside. The rest of my stay was great.
