Capital Hotel

“Никому никогда не советую брониррвать данный отель”

Nothing, don't book this hotel. It’s not worth the money at all. Starting with the staff, who simply do nothing. They didn’t clean the room once in six days until I asked on the last day. I asked once; they didn’t come. I asked again, and they said, “Did you ask?” The breakfast starts at 09.00 and must be ordered in advance, but no one told me that at check‑in. The room was dirty and awful. Ants ran in the bathroom. They couldn’t even put tea or coffee. It was very noisy outside until late at night with restaurant music.

The room and pool were neat and tidy. The staff were friendly, and the location suited our needs perfectly.

“Je recommande ! C’est top”

The pool and the quietness of the room were great.

I stayed on a hill, so I had to descend a couple of floors to the reception and then climb back up to my room, which was a bit of a workout without any lifts. The room itself was okay in size but could use a renovation; there was a damp smell coming from the bathroom.

“Great value in Yerevan”

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great balcony view, and the pool, though small, was clean and refreshing. However, because my room was just around the corner from reception, I could hear phones ringing and people walking by, and the overhead shower was slightly broken and leaking from one corner.
