“Very comfortable sleep and plenty of room.”

The room was large and comfortabe6. I have never left a complaint before and I'm only doing it now because with extra effort toward furniture cleaning, this hotel would be excellent. The furniture was sandy, the couch pillows smelt musty and looked dirty and the air ducts were coated in dust. Even the upholstry in the lobby needed cleaning, the armrest and head areas were dirty looking

“Don't stay at this place.”

The hotel emits a moldy odor as soon as you enter, the elevator is broken, the room’s linens were dirty and the towels were cream‑colored and unclean, the refrigerator was hot, some TV channels had no volume, both ice machines on the third floor were broken, and overall everything was either broken or not working—the elevator, refrigerator, ice machines, TV, dirty linens and towels made for a terrible stay and I wasn’t happy the entire weekend of August 28‑30, and they wouldn’t refund me.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. I booked this hotel 4 years ago and decided to return again. The staff was awesome and made my family's vacation memorable. Dani-front desk manager, Lisa-breakfast staff and Tatiana-housekeeping crew went above and beyond providing exemplary stellar services! I loved the hot breakfast, excellent service and authentic hospitality I received from the staff. I hope to visit this location in the near future to see their friendly faces again. Keep shining ladies!!!!!!!!!. The front desk staff (Jon) appeared aloof, had a flat affect and spoke in a monotone voice when I complained about the initial smelly, smokey, stale cigarette reeked room he assigned to my family during check in. After making Jon aware of the undesirable room, he assigned us to another room that was much better
