Maison Giulia sits in Rome’s historic center, a 350‑metre stroll from Campo de’ Fiori and a three‑minute walk to Trastevere. Modern rooms feature parquet floors, air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TV with Sky, Wi‑Fi, safe, refrigerator, kettle, and espresso machine. The hotel is 600 metres from Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the Pantheon, and buses to St. Peter’s stop 20 metres away.

The room had high ceilings and the front door could be opened from the phone. However, not all electrical sockets worked, and the A/C was a bit weak even at the strongest fan speed.

I chose Via Giulia because it’s a great walking location with a quiet street, which is very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the shower and coffee facilities in the room were good. Check‑in was managed remotely, but when I rang they answered and helped immediately. In‑person check‑in would have been a bit easier, though it would cost more.

The house was clean, had a pleasant scent, and the bedding was comfortable. The bath towels were changed daily, the location was unbeatable, the host was friendly, and the room was cozy. Small touches like daily coffee pods were nice. The shower water quickly gets cold for the next person if you wash right after someone else.

A great area, everything within walking distance! I would have liked a double bed with a mattress so there’s no gap between the beds.
