The Saga Hotel Hoi An

“Our room and amenities were clean and beautiful, and the every worker we encountered were very polite and lovely to talk”

The Saga Hotel turned out to be an excellent experience in Hoi An. We landed around 9:30 am, and the room was ready for us to check in at 10:30 am; meanwhile we were offered tea, a fresh face towel, and helpful restaurant and tailor suggestions. We also dropped off clothes for laundry before check‑in, and they returned them in the afternoon. Every staff member was friendly and well‑informed, the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of tasty dishes, and the pool was spotless. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and a daily cleaning service refreshed it, replenishing complimentary water and fridge items. A spa visit was essential—my 90‑minute treatment was delightful, and the two women who attended me were wonderful. Nothing was lacking; everything was fantastic.

“Very relaxing, lots of pool sunbeds, very friendly staff”

The breakfast selection was fabulous and the staff were very attentive. The only downside is that it’s a bit out of town; taxis sometimes had to be booked at night when it’s busy.

Our family of five enjoyed an unforgettable seven‑night stay at the Saga, far exceeding our expectations for fun and relaxation. Each day began with a delicious buffet breakfast. We often rode the free shuttle or bikes to the Shore Club at An Bang Beach, where we lounged under sun umbrellas, swam, and sipped drinks. Alternatively, we spent time by the hotel pool, taking advantage of the happy‑hour 2‑for‑1 deals. The Hoi An Old Town was only a short distance away, and the free shuttle or bikes whisked us there quickly. That area is ideal for shopping, dining, or simply soaking up the cool vibe. We also enjoyed complimentary massages at the hotel spa, played table soccer and pool in the bar, and used the well‑equipped gym. We’d love to return and stay at the Saga again!

“Tranquil, clean, beautiful stay”

The property is stunning, and its location is ideal—just 10 minutes to the old town or the beach. Inside the hotel, you feel removed from the outside hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly attentive; we wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future!
