“TERRIBLE, EXPERIENCIA PÉSIMA”
Nothing. A terrible experience that ruined our vacation. Washing machines and dryers were running at dawn, causing awful noise, loud doors, screams and laughter at 6 am, because it’s a student residence and not a hotel, and no one monitors what happens there. There was a smell of tobacco, the mattress had blood stains, and they didn’t give us sheets until we complained. The courtyard faces a factory that makes terrible noise at odd hours. The doors wouldn’t open or close properly, both the entrance and the bathroom. There were no curtains, so light poured in from the first hour of the morning. TERRIBLE, and the Booking customer service did not help at all.
